The basic task of Visualizer is to translate the instructional material in computer graphics form through the team allocated. Therefore, he should be aware of all the intricacies of graphics, animation and even programming. The person for this position should have at least 4-5 years of experience in designing educational material in CBT or WBT. It is preferable that he should have a good knowledge of LMS like Moodle or KP. Ideally, the person should have graduate qualifications and should have been a graphic designer, animator or visual programmer himself. The person should demonstrable experience.

The GD will provide all the 2D or 3D graphics and designs required for the e-content. GD should have at Diploma in Graphic Arts and/or Designing. Graduation is preferable but not mandatory. GD should have skills in relevant software like Adobe Suite (like Photoshop, Dream Weaver, Flash Lite, Premier After-Effects), Corel Draw, Visio etc. The person should demonstrable 2-3 years experience.

The animator will provide 2D and 3D animations required by the Visualizer. The person should Diploma in 2D/3D Animation from any of the reputed institutes. Graduation is preferable but not mandatory. The person should have skills in relevant software like Visual Studio, 3D Max, Maya, Flash (full version) etc. The person should demonstrable 2-3years experience.

The responsibility of FP is to create Scripting interface. FP should have diploma in computing with specialization in multimedia programming. FP should have good skills in Action Script 2, Java Scripting, .Net environment. Knowledge of C++ and databases is required. Graduation is preferable but not mandatory. The person should demonstrable 2-3 years experience.

The CW should have PG qualification in English and/or Journalism. CW will provide all the English communication expertise to the creative team. The person should demonstrable 6-7 years experience in creating education material or communication skills or language training.

ID will have responsibility of coordination with Subject Matter Experts as well as designing the Course/ Instructions for certain subject areas (person could handle one or more subject but from the same area e.g. there could be different ID for Management and Engineering subjects). The person should be ideally from Academic background having dealt with e-content. Should be Post Graduate qualification in the subject area and should at least 3-4 years of teaching or research experience related to education
