Qualification: Any Graduate or Under Graduate who is having knowledge of most usable computer applications such as MS word, Excel, Power Point, Coral Draw, Page Maker, Basic language : FoxBASE / Fox pro etc.

- Providing support to the Managerial and Office Staff members by designing various reports in EXCEL,
- Letter drafting in Gujarati, designing various advertisement and circulars for the Samaj Members,
- On demand printing the reports and other assigned work by the Authority.
[ 2 ] Required Office administrator
Location: Ahmedabad,
Age: 21 to 35 years
Qualification: Any Graduate or Under Graduate who is having knowledge of All kind of Office Administration work along with most usable computer applications such as MS word, Excel, Power Point, Coral Draw, Page Maker, Basic language : FoxBASE / Fox pro etc
Experience: FRESH or Experienced can apply for the above post
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the Managerial and Office Staff members
- Letter drafting in Gujarati and English (not mandatory), drafting various circulars for the Samaj Members,
- Efficient handling of correspondence and management of documents and filling
- Coordinating and arranging meetings, scheduling of local meetings with the Samaj members
- Managing daily correspondence, preparing reports, collecting data
- Processing incoming/outgoing calls, emails and faxes and screening calls and visitors
- Arranging travel plans and liasioning with various Bank institutions
- Managing Day-to Day Cash income and Expenditures
- Maintaining day to day accounts and monthly accounts and have to present the summary report into Samaj Monthly meetings
- To assist / help the other staff members
- Responsible for UP-TO-DATE accounts and finalization of the Audit Report
- Managing various liaison work with the Charity commissioner
- All other important assigned work by the respected Authorities.
